How team bingo works

  1. Start a league

Sign up free, name your league and its teams, then pick a card and how long the challenge runs.

  2. Send captain links

Each team gets a captain link. Send it to the team leader, who shares their team's code with their players.

  3. Everyone plays their own card

Each person gets the same card with the squares shuffled, so no two cards match.

  4. Watch the leaderboards

Teams are ranked by bingos per player, so big and small teams race fairly. Inside each team, most bingos wins.

Make a custom team card

Whoever starts the team can edit the card: keep the squares you like, remove the rest, and add your own, like your office's inside jokes or your team's big goals. The custom card is private to your team.

Keep it friendly and fun for everyone, and please don't use the names of real coworkers.

Ways to play with your team

Workplace wellness challenge

Run a week- or month-long challenge with small healthy habits like walking meetings, desk stretches, and taking the stairs.

Office holiday party

Hand out a Christmas party card as an icebreaker. The first bingo and the first blackout win a small prize.

Team building for remote teams

Give a spread-out team something to chat about. Everyone plays from home and cheers each other on from the leaderboard.

Friends, family, and clubs

Run clubs, gyms, and families use team bingo for a friendly race through fall outings, parade morning, or new habits.

Questions about team bingo

Is team bingo free?

Yes. Leagues, teams, leaderboards, and custom team cards are all free. Everyone needs a free account so their progress saves.

What's the difference between a league and a team?

A league is the whole competition, like your company. Teams are the groups inside it, like Marketing and Sales. The person who starts the league names the teams, picks the card and dates, and sends each team leader a captain link. Teams race each other, and players compete inside their team. Friends can make a league with just one team.

How many people can join a team?

Up to 200 per team and 20 teams per league, so it works for a small group of friends or a whole company. Each person can be on one team at a time.

Can remote and hybrid teams play?

Yes. Everyone plays on their own phone or computer, and the leaderboard updates for the whole team wherever they are.

How long should a team challenge run?

The league organizer picks: 1 week, 2 weeks, 30 days, your own end date, or no end date. Start today or on a later date like next Monday. When it ends, cards lock, the winners are announced, and you can start a new challenge with the same card or a new one.

Can people print their team cards?

Yes. Anyone can download their card as a PDF, which is handy at a party or for anyone who'd rather tick squares with a pen. Squares ticked on paper don't count on the leaderboard.
