About the Fitness bingo card

The Fitness bingo card turns everyday movement into a game. Each card has 24 activities, from a 10-minute stretch to a 5K walk or run, plus a free square in the middle. Finish five in a row for a bingo, or mark all 24 for a blackout.

It works for any fitness level: mix easy wins like taking the stairs with bigger challenges like a brick workout. Play solo, with a friend, or as a group challenge at your gym, run club, or office.

Can a group or office play together?
