Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Social Fit Challenge at socialfitchallenge.ca (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Social Fit Challenge is a Canadian social fitness website. It includes online and printable fitness BINGO cards and a printables shop. The Service is not medical advice, personal training, or a GPS activity tracker.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. To delete your account and its data, email squad@socialfitchallenge.ca.
Payments
Accounts and the online bingo cards are free. There are no memberships or subscriptions. Shop printables are one-time purchases, priced in CAD and paid through Stripe.
Printables and shop purchases
Digital printables and shop files are licensed for your personal use unless a product page says otherwise. Do not resell, share, or redistribute paid files. When you are signed in, the Shop shows a Download button for every printable you have bought.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service. That includes harassing other members, posting unlawful or harmful content, attempting to break or scrape the Service, impersonating others, or interfering with challenges, leaderboards, or accounts that are not yours.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you post (such as goal check-ins, messages, or photos). You grant us a limited license to host and display that content so the Service can function. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.
Intellectual property
The Social Fit Challenge name, logo, site design, game formats, and original materials are owned by Social Fit Challenge unless noted otherwise. You may not copy the platform or brand assets except as allowed by these Terms or with written permission.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” Fitness activities involve risk. You are responsible for choosing exercises that are safe for you and for getting professional advice when needed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific results, or that every feature will remain unchanged.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Social Fit Challenge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
