50 office bingo ideas for work (free printable)

Do you find some days at work so boring? I have a job where I am waiting for calls to come in or waiting for something to process. So a lot of waiting. I hate the feeling of a long day. This website was a side project for myself, so I have something to focus on. Surprisingly, it helped me reduce the anxiety I was getting from work because I am not always thinking about work.
On the slow days, I reach out to some of my co-workers, and we have some fun. Office bingo turns an ordinary workday into a light, friendly game. Each person gets a card of things to do or spot at work, and the first to finish a line wins. It's an easy way to get people moving, talking, and laughing without taking time away from real work.
Below are some of the ideas I created for the bingo cards. But you can create your own if you create your own team. Learn more about Team cards by reading on our blog How to Start a Bingo Team. The categories already mix healthy habits with classic office sightings.
How to pick a good mix
- Mix easy and hard. Half the squares should be doable on a normal day, so everyone can get at least one line.
- Mix doing and spotting. "Take the stairs" gets people moving; "Someone with 3 monitors" gets them looking up from their screens.
- Keep it kind. Sightings should be fun for the person spotted too. Skip anything about looks, weight, or health.
