It's Wednesday night, you're tired, and the fridge has half an onion and some ketchup. Sound familiar? Takeout it is. Again.

Meal prep is one of those things that sounds great but is hard to stick with. So we made it a game. Our Meal Prep & Weekly Meals bingo card is full of small, doable steps that help you plan, prep and eat well all week.

How it works

  1. Open the Meal Prep & Weekly Meals card and play online, or print it and stick it on the fridge.
  2. Each time you do something on your card, tap that square.
  3. Five in a row is a bingo. Keep the card going all week and see if you can get a blackout.

You don't have to spend your whole Sunday in the kitchen. Even a few squares make the week easier.

Tips to make meal prep stick

Start small. You don't need to prep every meal. Try just breakfast or just lunches for one week.

Cook once, eat twice. Make a double batch of dinner and pack the leftovers for lunch. It's one of the easiest squares on the card.

Get help. Cooking with a friend, partner or the kids makes it more fun, and it goes faster. Both are squares!

Move while you cook. This is Social Fit Challenge, so of course there's a Squats while the water boils square. Or try Dance while you cook.

Why it works

A grocery list tells you what to buy. A bingo card shows you what you've done. Every square is a small win, and those wins add up to less stress, less takeout and more home-cooked meals.
