Lazy Sunday Bingo: A Self-Care Game for Slow Days

Some weeks, the best thing you can do for yourself is absolutely nothing. Or at least, nothing that feels like work.
But if you're like me, "doing nothing" can quickly turn into scrolling on your phone for three hours and wondering where the day went. That's why we made the Lazy Sunday & Self-Care bingo card. It's a gentle nudge to rest on purpose.
How it works
- Open the Lazy Sunday & Self-Care card and play online, or print it and leave it on the coffee table.
- Do the things on your card, at your own pace.
- Tap a square each time. Five in a row is a bingo.
There's no rush and no pressure. Get one bingo on Sunday, or keep the card going all week. Self-care isn't a race.

Why self-care bingo works
It gives you permission to rest. When "take a nap" is on your card, it stops feeling lazy and starts feeling like a win.
It mixes it up. It's easy to fall into the same routine. The card reminds you of little things you forgot you enjoy, like doing a puzzle or calling someone you love.
Small things add up. None of these squares take much time, but by the end of the day you've moved a little, rested a lot, and done something kind for yourself.
Make it your own
Play with your partner, your roommate or a friend over text, and compare cards at the end of the day. Or keep it just for you. Some of the best self-care happens when nobody's watching.
