Fitness Bingo: Turn Everyday Movement Into a Game

Some days, "get more active" feels like a big, vague goal. Fitness Bingo makes it small, specific and a little bit fun.
How it works
Each card has 24 activities, plus a free square in the middle. Mark off each one as you do it. Finish five in a row for a bingo. If you're feeling ambitious, mark all 24 for a blackout.
There are 77 ideas in the pool, and each card shows a shuffled selection of 24. That means a fresh card whenever you want a new challenge.
What's on the card?
The squares range from easy wins to bigger challenges:
- Quick wins: take the stairs, 10 minutes, a dance break, a walk after dinner
- Mix it up: try a new class, a yoga flow, an outdoor workout, a bike ride
- Stretch goals: hit 15K steps, run a 5K, do a plank for a full minute, a 35-minute yoga session
- Just for fun: run in the rain, hula hoop practice, run with a four-legged friend
It works at any fitness level
You don't have to be a runner or a gym regular. Beginners can build a bingo from the easy squares. If you're already active, go for the blackout and save the tougher squares for the big finish.
Play your way
Play solo, with a friend, or turn it into a group challenge at your gym, run club or office. Whoever gets a bingo first picks the next walking route.
Ready to start? Open the Fitness card on the Bingo page, shuffle up your squares, and tick off your first one today. The free square is already done.
