Contributing new activities to the library is for signed-in members only. Use the Workout Builder to generate lists without an account.
Add a new exercise
Any signed-in contributor can propose an exercise for the public library. New rows stay pending until a Creator or Admin approves them in Contributor tools, then they show up in everyone’s workout generator. To limit spam, each account can submit at most 5 public exercises per hour.
