Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Social Fit Challenge at socialfitchallenge.ca (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Social Fit Challenge is a Canadian social fitness platform. It includes workout tools, printable fitness BINGO cards, friend challenges, lifestyle goals, Seasonal Quests, leaderboards, and a printables shop. The Service is not medical advice, personal training, or a GPS activity tracker.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account from Profile → Edit profile. Deletion removes your profile data and cancels an active membership as described on that page.

Memberships and payments

Freemium access is free, with monthly limits described on Plans & pricing. Paid plans (such as BINGO Lover and Pro) are billed in CAD through Stripe. You can manage or cancel a paid plan from your Profile using the Stripe customer portal. Changes usually apply at the end of the current billing period.

Printables and shop purchases

Digital printables and shop files are licensed for your personal use unless a product page says otherwise. Do not resell, share, or redistribute paid files. Purchased items appear under Purchased Printables when you are signed in.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service. That includes harassing other members, posting unlawful or harmful content, attempting to break or scrape the Service, impersonating others, or interfering with challenges, leaderboards, or accounts that are not yours.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you post (such as goal check-ins, messages, or photos). You grant us a limited license to host and display that content so the Service can function. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

Intellectual property

The Social Fit Challenge name, logo, site design, game formats, and original materials are owned by Social Fit Challenge unless noted otherwise. You may not copy the platform or brand assets except as allowed by these Terms or with written permission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” Fitness activities involve risk. You are responsible for choosing exercises that are safe for you and for getting professional advice when needed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific results, or that every feature will remain unchanged.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Social Fit Challenge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
