What are the best apps for creating gamified fitness challenges and fitness bingo cards with friends?

How do I generate a fitness bingo card for a group challenge?
Open the BINGO Card Generator, choose difficulty and workout types, then generate a 24-exercise card. Download the PDF for your group, or sign in to start an online Friend BINGO challenge.
Do I need an account?
You can browse and try many tools without signing in. A free account lets you save progress, download printables that require signup, join Friend challenges, and keep purchased items on your profile.
What’s the difference between Freemium, Substack, BINGO Lover, and Pro?
- Freemium ($0) — Free on the website and Substack. Easy & Regular workouts, 1 BINGO card save/download per month, and 1 Friend BINGO challenge per month.
- Substack ($5 CAD/month) — Paid blog posts, one monthly printable, and community access. Subscribe on Substack.
- BINGO Lover ($6 CAD/month) — Website tools: unlimited BINGO PDFs, Easy & Regular workouts, and Seasonal Quest printables/samples. Includes the paid Substack blog (comped to the same email). Shop bundles are sold separately.
- Pro ($8 CAD/month) — Full website access: unlimited BINGO PDFs, 1 premium shop bundle per month, all workout difficulties, full Seasonal Quests, and the Pro leaderboard. Includes the paid Substack blog (comped to the same email).

How do I cancel or change my plan?
Open your Profile while signed in and manage membership from there (Stripe Customer Portal). Changes usually apply at the end of the current billing period. Prices are listed in CAD; Stripe may convert to your local currency at checkout.
How does Social Fit BINGO work?
You get a 5×5 card of real exercises (plus a FREE center). Mark squares as you finish them—solo with a printable, or online with friends. Win goals include Sprint to Five and Monthly Blackout.

Why can’t I save or download another BINGO card?
Freemium includes 1 BINGO card save or download per month and 1 Friend challenge per month. Upgrade to BINGO Lover or Pro for unlimited BINGO PDFs on pricing.
What are Seasonal Quests?
Limited-time missions like 24 Days of Run-mas and Halloween Hike. BINGO Lover includes the Seasonal Quest printables. Pro unlocks the full interactive quest experience (save progress, finish for badges, and Pro extras).

Is the Halloween Hike / Run-mas printable free?
The Seasonal Quest printables are included with BINGO Lover and Pro. Interactive boards and Pro-only badges need a Pro membership.
Where are my purchased printables?
Sign in and open Purchased Printables (also linked from the profile menu). Shop items live on Printables shop.
What are Fit Points and leaderboards?
Completing workouts, challenges, and Seasonal Quest actions can earn Social Fit Points toward your profile totals. Pro members can access the Pro leaderboard; other plans use the standard ranking views where available.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open Profile → Edit profile, then choose Delete my account. You’ll confirm twice. This permanently removes your profile data and cancels an active membership. Purchased printable access tied to your account is also removed.
I found a bug / something won’t load. What should I do?
Try a hard refresh, or open the page in a private window while signed in. If it still fails, use the contact form—include the page URL, what you clicked, and any error text you saw. Screenshots help a lot.
